1. Services

MrSharkTowing provides 24/7 towing and roadside assistance services. Services are dispatched upon confirmation and subject to availability. Pricing presented online is an estimate and may vary based on final mileage, vehicle class, time of day, and applicable after-hours fees.

2. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via our website contact form or verbally over the phone, you consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from MrSharkTowing. These messages may include:

  • Dispatch confirmation and driver assignment notifications
  • Driver estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates
  • On-scene arrival notifications
  • Service completion and invoice receipt notifications

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

3. Opt-In / Opt-Out Keywords

  • STOP — Unsubscribes you immediately from all SMS messages. A final confirmation will be sent.
  • HELP — Returns our contact information and support details.
  • START / TOW / DISPATCH — Re-subscribes you to receive dispatch notifications.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash as disclosed on our website. All estimates are subject to change based on actual service conditions.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a dispatched service, please call us immediately at +14846827973. Cancellation fees may apply once a driver has been dispatched to your location.

6. Limitation of Liability

MrSharkTowing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, vehicle damage claims unrelated to our negligence, or communication failures beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are rendered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable local jurisdiction.
