1. Website Form (Primary Method): Customers enter their phone number in our online quote/contact form and actively check an unchecked by default consent checkbox agreeing to receive transactional SMS dispatch alerts.
2. Verbal Consent (Secondary Method): Customers provide verbal consent when calling our 24/7 phone dispatch desk at +14846827973 to request towing or roadside assistance service.

Opt-In Confirmation Message

Upon opting in, customers receive the following message:

"MrSharkTowing: You have opted in to receive dispatch updates for your roadside service. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for info or call +14846827973."

Opt-Out (STOP) Response

"MrSharkTowing: You have been successfully unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. For dispatch help, call +14846827973."

No Third-Party Sharing
